Initial Meeting

Every collaboration starts with a conversation. This is an informal chat to get to know you and your business, hear about your “dream” and how we can help you achieve it.

*Design Sprint Workshop - Part 1

We work with you face to face to define challenges and scope of the project. We use a customised ‘Design Sprint’ workshop approach to understand problems and engineer solutions by working through a series of exercises. At the end of this stage, we will have a clear concept and will begin wireframing and prototyping your product. We then user test the prototype to validate our direction before launching full development.

*Design Sprint is a process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping and testing ideas with customers. This technique has been developed by Google Ventures.

Design Sprint Workshop - Part 2

We prototype the targeted concepts discussed in the first part of the workshop. We start to figure out how users interact with your product and uncover any potential usability issues. We conduct testing with users to confirm we are on the right path. At the end of this stage, we will be able to establish the product direction and deliver a full scope, roadmap, timeframes and estimates.

Full UX & Design

In-depth UX research - from approved prototype to detailed wireframes. We develop user experience strategies and put those wireframes to good use. We transform them into visual magic and use feedback from early testing to update and tweak your product. This will include colour schemes, layouts, typography, iconography, illustrations, visual navigation and overall atmosphere of the product. This will easily show how your final product will look.

Development and Testing

This is where the rubber meets the road! We turn our completed creative design into a functional digital product. Everything we develop will be thoroughly tested to ensure all functional requirements are met and render a smooth experience for your users.

Handover workshop and launch

It’s GO TIME! Once released into the wild we will run final tests to ensure everything is functioning as intended. We can also help you with training and technical support if you get stuck. We look forward to seeing you in the next round.
